Mathew Mastison
Mathew Mastison is a professional firefighter with the Evansville Fire Department and has served the community for 10 years. He is a third-generation Evansville firefighter and currently serves as President and Founder of the Evansville Firefighters Foundation. Mathew is also a member of Evansville Fire Department’s HazMat team, water rescue team, and rope rescue team. Mathew currently serves as a Lieutenant on Ladder 16 on B shift. He has one daughter.

Natalie Rascher
An Evansville native and dedicated HR executive, Natalie is deeply rooted in her community and committed to service. Alongside her husband and two children, she is an active member of St. Benedict Cathedral Church, where faith and family remain central in her life. Her passion for volunteering has shaped a long history of civic involvement, including serving as past president of the Junior League of Evansville and as a former member of both the Vanderburgh County Alcoholic Beverage Board and the Human Relations Commission. She continues to champion local engagement through her current roles as a board member of HOLA and as vice president of the Evansville Firefighters Foundation, where she proudly supports the city’s first responders. In Natalie’s free time, you can find her on the basketball court coaching her daughter’s school team. Driven by purpose and connection, she strives to make Evansville a stronger, more inclusive community.

Matt Klees
Evansville Firefighters Foundation Treasurer, Matt Klees, is the owner and operator of Kipplee's Pizza, a long-standing staple on Evansville's east side. Born and raised in Vanderburgh County, Matt is a true cheerleader of the community. Along with his wife, Kaycey, and son, Mason, the Klees family is involved in various local organizations and non-profits, including donating an annual scholarship for the Evansville Boys and Girls Club Youth of the Year.
After developing a positive working relationship with the Professional Fire Fighters Local 357, Matt jumped at the opportunity to join the inaugural board of the Evansville Firefighters Foundation. When he is not making pizzas, Matt can be found traveling to concerts and music festivals with Kaycey or coaching Mason in one of his many sports and activities.

Reese Hamilton
Reese A. Hamilton, VP, Sourcing & Procurement for Metronet in Evansville, IN, is a supply chain professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the discipline. Reese has earned an exceptional professional reputation, anchored by his strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to focus on process to drive improvement.
Reese has a BA from Wabash College with a double major in psychology and English literature. He also holds an MS in Management from Oakland City University and an MBA, with a concentration in organizational leadership, from the University of Michigan–Flint. In addition to his formal education, Reese has earned several professional certifications throughout his career; holding the designation of Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS, the Association for Operations Management, the Institute of Supply Management has recognized Reese as a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD), and in 2025 Reese earned a certificate in Global Supply Chain Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Chad Buttry
Chad Buttry is the Incident Safety Officer and a founding board member of the Evansville Firefighters Foundation. He brings 31 years of fire service experience, including 24 years with the Evansville Fire Department and 24 years as a paramedic. Chad has served in multiple roles, including firefighter, lieutenant, captain, and incident safety officer, and helped establish key programs such as the EFD Peer Support Team. He also serves as Pipe Sergeant for the Evansville Firefighters Pipe and Drum Corps and is a member of the Local 357 Honor Guard.
Born and raised in Evansville, Chad’s lifelong commitment to service continues to shape his dedication to supporting firefighters and the community.
